Since I formed The Club 20 Minutes last September, the community has grown so quickly, guided by Junko Matsushita (founder of 15 Minutes Method NY) and the positive energy of its members! Our club members have been meeting online every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00–8:30 AM, staying committed to our small promises, building consistency, and growing in self-improvement and confidence.

Now, four of our members including myself will be leading workshops at the Kokoro Gathering, an event sponsored by Peatix, one of Japan's largest event platforms and community-building companies, with its headquarters in New York! I'm honored to be a part of this meaningful event.

Join us on Saturday, March 15, at Japan Village – Industry City Brooklyn, as we celebrate International Women’s Day with a day of learning and inspiration. This event is designed for busy New Yorkers who want to embrace Japanese wisdom for mindful living through Zen, home organization, Feng Shui, and acupuncture.

I’ll be leading a workshop, "Space Harmony with Feng Shui", where I'll share how to create a welcoming and harmonious space using Feng Shui principles.
