When I talk about comforttability, I mean it from two different perspectives.
1. Do we feel comfortable in this space or not?
2. Do we feel comfortable with who we are or not?
Through my experience, I learned that when I was not comfortable with who I was fully, I did not have a strong sense to feel if the space feels comfortable or cozy for me, or if this person is comfortable for me to be with.
When we are well balanced being and have self-acceptance/self-love, we pursue comfortability in our own environment and we do our best to make it always better. And also we can always find a good thing in a negative person or thing.
